I offer online therapy via the Microsoft Skype video chat application. When participating in online therapy it is important that you have access to a private space where you will not be over heard or interrupted during your therapy session.
Online therapy offers benefits of convenience at many levels but there are some important issues to bear in mind when using this medium for therapeutic purposes. For instance, online therapy is not appropriate for people with serious psychiatric health issues or if you are in crisis and experiencing suicidal thoughts.
Following your first contact we will arrange an appointment for a brief fifteen minute consultation. This allows us both to get a sense of why you are coming for help and how we might work together.
I offer short (6 weeks) and longer term work. If my Service is appropriate for us to work together we will arrange to meet on a specified day and time every week for a 50 minute session for an agreed duration.
The charge for each session, including missed sessions, is £50.
